We are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Outpatient Department, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient service delivery, and high-quality care.

– Core Responsibilities
– Operations & Patient Flow: Oversee day-to-day OPD operations and streamline workflows.
– Staff Management: Supervise and schedule doctors, nurses, and administrative teams.
– Quality Control: Maintain service standards and monitor patient feedback.
– Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance patient experience.
– Administrative Duties: Manage appointments, patient records, and OPD resources.
– Financial Management: Oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve financial targets.
