Job Description
To deliver TPA patient-centered services within clinical excellence covered network and provide quality medical care to ensure positive patient experience during their healthcare journey
Patient-Centered Service:
- Engage with inpatients and their families to swiftly address any hospital related concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support appropriate and effective treatment and care.
- Ensure the consistent reporting of daily medical outcomes and notes for all patients
- Manage members and hospital staff feedback and provide resolution
- Identify possible issues and act proactively for solutions to avoid a negative impact
Clinical Excellence:
- Oversee hospital medical services and adherence to clinical standards
- Monitor excellence in inpatient services to enhance clinical outcomes
- Identify negative impact and critical issues with Provider’s Medical management as they arise
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- hospitals and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare consultants and providers to align case management plans with contractual clinical pathways.
- Ensure hospitals are compliant with the agreed standards of service delivery with Bupa
- Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any challenges or issues that may arise
