Prayatna Clinic is a multidisciplinary healthcare center committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health services. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate M.Phil Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team and contribute to delivering evidence-based psychological care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized clinical tools.

Diagnose and manage a wide range of mental health conditions in accordance with evidence-based clinical practices.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy, as appropriate.

Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with DHA regulations.

Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, physicians, and other allied healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and coping strategies.

Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.

Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards established by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Qualifications & Requirements

M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.

Valid DHA License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or mental healthcare setting.

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
