At 360 Medicare, we help nurses and doctors achieve their international career goals by guiding them through global licensing processes. We are looking for a Licensing Sales Executive who can confidently consult healthcare professionals and convert leads into successful enrollments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Convert provided leads into sales by promoting healthcare licensing packages
- (DHA, HAAD, MOH, SCFHS, NCLEX, NMC, etc.)
- Understand each candidate’s target country (UAE, UK, USA, Germany, Australia, Canada, and more) and recommend the right licensing pathway
- Guide candidates through the entire licensing journey — eligibility checks, documentation, exams, timelines, and next steps
- Maintain accurate CRM updates on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year experience in healthcare recruitment, licensing sales, or international education counselling
- Strong working knowledge of GCC, UK, USA, and EU licensing systems
- (DHA, HAAD, MOH, SCFHS, NCLEX, NMC, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (additional regional languages are a plus)
- Sales-driven mindset with a genuine interest in career guidance
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads efficiently
