At 360 Medicare, weโre looking for a Sales Executive who can guide nurses and doctors through the licensing journey for destinations like the UAE, UK, USA, Germany, Australia, Canada and more.
๐ Your Role
Convert provided leads into sales by offering licensing packages (DHA, HAAD, MOH, SCFHS, NCLEX, etc.)
Understand each candidateโs target country and recommend the correct license path
Guide them through the entire process โ from eligibility and documents to exams and timelines
Track interactions and status updates on CRM
Qualifications
1+ years experience in healthcare recruitment, licensing sales, or international education counselling
Strong knowledge of GCC, UK, USA, and EU licensing systems (DHA, HAAD, NCLEX, NMC, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a plus)
Sales-driven with a passion for guiding professionals toward career success
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
