Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of routine and specialized lab tests (hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, etc.) with precision.
• Ensure proper collection, labeling, processing, and documentation of samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Accurately record, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the medical team to support patient diagnosis and care.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• DHA license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to lab protocols.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
