Hiring: Laboratory Manager
Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, Fujairah

SKHF is hiring a Laboratory Manager to lead and oversee all laboratory operations in the UAE. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality diagnostic services, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within the laboratory department.

Key Responsibilities:
– Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory and accreditation standards
– Leading, supervising, and developing laboratory staff
– Maintaining quality control, quality assurance, and patient safety standards
– Managing laboratory equipment, maintenance, and inventory control
– Developing and implementing laboratory policies and standard operating procedures
– Monitoring performance indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives
– Ensuring compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations as applicable

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or a related field
– Valid UAE license (DHA/DOH/MOH)
– Minimum 5–7 years of laboratory experience, including managerial experience
– Strong knowledge of hospital laboratory operations and accreditation standards
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
