About Us

Sharif Eye Centers is a leading ophthalmology and eye care provider with branches across Jordan and Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

We are currently looking for a professional and detail-oriented Insurance Officer to join our Dubai Healthcare City branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance approvals, claims submissions, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with insurance companies, patients, and internal departments

• Review patient documentation and ensure claim accuracy

• Follow up on rejected or pending claims and resolve issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate records and reporting

• Ensure compliance with DHA/DHCC insurance regulations

• Support billing and operational teams when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in medical insurance within the UAE healthcare sector

• Strong knowledge of insurance approvals and claims processing

• Familiarity with DHA/DHCC systems and regulations

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or ophthalmology centers

• Knowledge of insurance coding and claim auditing
