WE ARE HIRING | MEDICAL INSURANCE APPROVAL EXECUTIVE- uniCare Medical Centre

📍 Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a qualified professional with experience in UAE healthcare insurance approvals and pre-authorizations to join our team.

Key Requirements:
🔻 Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
🔻1–2 years of UAE healthcare insurance approval experience.
🔻Medical coding certification such as CPC, CCS, or CCA is preferred.
🔻Good knowledge of major UAE insurers and TPAs, including Nextcare, NAS/Neuron, MedNet, Daman, Sukoon, and Al Madallah.
🔻Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, and medical necessity requirements.
🔻Experience with insurer portals and EMR/HIS systems.
🔻Familiarity with pre-authorizations, approval follow-ups, modifications, and denial management.
🔻Understanding of DHA and UAE insurance guidelines, benefits, exclusions, copayments, and deductibles.
🔻Strong communication and coordination skills.
🔻Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic reporting.
