Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in UAE medical insurance and front-office operations? We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Coordinator Cum Front Office Executive to join our full-time team at our Garhoud branch (Airport Road).

What We Are Looking For:
✅ Compulsory Certification: Certified Medical Coder
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a healthcare, medical center, or clinic environment.
✅ Skills: Deep knowledge of UAE insurance processes, DHA procedures, E-claims, and excellent customer service/front desk management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end UAE insurance handling (approvals, submissions, resubmissions, and empanelment).
2. Managing front desk operations, patient inquiries, appointments, and records.
3. Coordinating seamlessly with insurance companies and internal departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end UAE insurance experience only
    Complete hands-on knowledge of approvals, submissions, resubmissions

    Proven experience in empanelment and payment follow-ups
  • Must handle Customer Service + Insurance Coordination independently
    Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals, claims, and follow-ups
  • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details
  • Prepare and submit, resubmit and reconcile insurance claims
    accurately and on time
  • Handle front desk operations including greeting clients/patients
    Manage appointments, calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain and tracking patient/client records and documentation
    Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies and company procedures
    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an
    Insurance Coordinator and Front Office Executive,
    or similar role in healthcare, medical center,
    or clinic environment
  • Knowledge of UAE insurance processes
    and regulations (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with DHA insurance procedures,
    E-claim, and all insurance portals
  • Excellent communication and
    interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and
    multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and
    relevant software systems
  • Professional appearance and
    customer-focused attitude
