Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To support the delivery and scaling of Innovation and Digital Health solutions through hands-on coordination, data tracking, and process alignment. The role ensures that operational activities and digital projects are executed effectively and in line with organizational objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Project Implementation and Reporting
Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor tasks, maintain documentation, develop KPI reports, coordinate post-project tasks, support quality improvement, participate in testing, and support new project launches
Administrative Support
Provide administrative and logistical support, coordinate training, collaborate with teams for implementation, ensure timely task delivery, and assist the Divisional General Manager Digital Health Transformation & Innovation
Process Improvement and Strategic Alignment
Implement efficiency improvements, integrate telemedicine services, align initiatives with strategic goals, collaborate with departments, and support the Divisional General Manager Digital Health Transformation & Innovation
Data Management and Reporting
Develop and maintain data dashboards, provide analysis and insights, and ensure regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure Compliance with Standards and Accreditation Requirements
Ensure compliance with standards, stay updated on regulations, and maintain accreditation processes
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Business Administration or a related field
Desired: Advanced certifications or degrees in Project Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Essential: At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, including 2 years in Innovation & Digital Health projects coordination
Desired: Experience in Digital Health, Virtual Care and Innovation
