Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah for an ICU Specialist. The ICU Specialist will provide expert critical care to patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress in the intensive care unit. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, and working closely with families to provide updates and guidance. The specialist will also contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in critical care and ensure compliance with established medical and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and general medical practices is required.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment are essential.
• Proficient Communication skills to interact with colleagues, patients, and their families with clarity and empathy.
• Customer Service skills to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Background in Medicine with relevant certifications and a valid medical license.
• Experience in an ICU or critical care setting is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine; advanced certification or training in critical care is a plus.
