Hiring HVAC Technician.
Experience : 3-5 years (Hospital Field)*
Job Description :-
To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, DX units, and associated equipment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient air-conditioning and ventilation for all hospital areas, especially critical zones such as OT, ICU, labs, and wards.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
• Maintain temperature, humidity, and indoor air quality as per hospital standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control faults; attend emergency breakdowns.
• Repair/replace motors, belts, bearings, compressors, valves, sensors, actuators, and thermostats.
• Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection.
• Replace filters (pre, fine, HEPA where applicable) and check dampers and airflow.
• Operate HVAC systems through BMS and maintain setpoints.
• Follow safety, infection control, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Maintain logbooks, maintenance records, and breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, medical gas teams, contractors, and OEMs.
• Support audits, inspections, and shutdown maintenance.
