Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and process monthly payroll with accuracy
  • Assist in HR budgeting and manpower planning activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and workforce data
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports related to payroll and headcount

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Good understanding of payroll, budgeting, and manpower planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent Arabic & English; proficient with HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
