Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and process monthly payroll with accuracy
- Assist in HR budgeting and manpower planning activities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and workforce data
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Prepare HR reports related to payroll and headcount
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
- Good understanding of payroll, budgeting, and manpower planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent Arabic & English; proficient with HRIS and MS Office
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
