Role Description The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day HR operations to support a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace at Be You Clinics. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating benefits and leave administration, and supporting payroll-related documentation. The role also involves administering HRIS data, assisting with policy implementation, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, and responding to employee inquiries in a professional and confidential manner. The Human Resources Administrator will collaborate with management on recruitment support, performance documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Practical experience in Benefits Administration, including coordination of employee benefits and leave management.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ideally including UAE labor regulations, to ensure compliant HR practices.
- Additional beneficial skills: excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide high-quality internal customer service.
- Previous HR experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or clinic settings is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
