Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual HR & Office Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will handle both Human Resources and Office Management functions and must be fluent in German or Polish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company internal policies.

• Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and performance reviews.

• Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and internal communication.

• Support management in reporting and documentation.

• Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and office management (UAE experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

• Fluency in German, Polish or French is mandatory (English proficiency required).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently with high attention to detail.
