โข Develop, implement, and maintain performance management systems
โข Coordinate and support periodic performance reviews (quarterly, mid-year, annual)
โข Analyze performance review data to identify trends and areas for improvement
โข Work with managers to address performance gaps
โข Collect and analyze performance data to assess effectiveness of programs
โข Create dashboards and reports for leadership
โข Ensuring all performance processes comply with healthcare policies and legal requirements

โข Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields
โข Excellent communication and facilitation skills
โข Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks
