HR Assistant (Recruitment)
– Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare sector
– Knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and industry standards
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
– Source candidates through various channels
– Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
– Responsible for onboarding processes, including background checks, documentation and orientation
– Maintain and update recruitment databases and HR records
– Assist with other HR administrative tasks as required
