Qualifications:
 -5+ years of experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record of leading high-volume operations
-Proven ability to develop and implement successful hospitality strategies that drive guest satisfaction and business results
-Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team building and talent development
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with guests
-Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments
-Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
