Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is looking for a Russian-speaking Homecare Coordinator to support and enhance our growing homecare services across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of patient care, communication and operational coordination.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking patients, ensuring a warm, empathetic and patient-centric experience while coordinating closely with clinical and operations teams to enable smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery. The role also involves driving lead conversion through personalized communication and supporting outreach and engagement initiatives to build strong, long-term patient relationships.
