OPERATIONS MANAGER

  We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
  Healthcare Operations Manager to join our
  team immediately.
  REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3-5 years UAE healthcare / medical
  centre operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi regulations
  & healthcare compliance.
• Experience managing doctors, nurses, pharmacy
  and administrative teams.
• Knowledge of health insurance, claims / TPA
  operations and healthcare systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and
  communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance,
  patient experience and facility requirements.
  © Experience with DOH inspections, licensing and
  regulatory requirements preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
