Job Description

Diploma or relevant qualification in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistance, or a related field.
Previous experience in an outpatient department or healthcare setting is preferred.
Knowledge of basic patient care, vital signs monitoring, and assisting with routine clinical procedures.
Ability to assist doctors and nurses during consultations and outpatient procedures.
Good communication, patient-care, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
Ability to manage patients professionally and support smooth OPD operations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
