Sigma Clinic is Dubai’s leading male aesthetic and longevity clinic, combining advanced medical treatments with exceptional patient care. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Head Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership. This is not a role for someone looking to simply complete nursing duties we need a leader who can confidently wear multiple hats and play a key role in the day to day running of the clinic. As Head Nurse, you will lead the nursing team whilst overseeing many of the operational and compliance functions that keep the clinic running efficiently. You will work closely with management, doctors, suppliers, laboratories and regulatory bodies to ensure an outstanding patient experience and full DHA compliance.

This is a hands on leadership role where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership

• Lead, mentor and support the nursing team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
• Collect blood samples and ensure correct handling and laboratory processing.
• Perform IV cannulation and administer IV therapies.
• Administer IM injections as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Assist our dermatology doctor during aesthetic procedures.
• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms between patients, ensuring they are fully equipped and presentation ready.
• Educate patients on peptide therapies and treatment protocols.
• Review, upload and verify laboratory results, communicating completion to the Front of House team.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and record keeping.
• Complete daily clinical safety checks, including room temperatures, fridge temperatures and crash cart inspections.

Clinic Operations

• Manage inventory of consumables, medical products, aesthetic products and emergency equipment.
• Order stock proactively to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
• Source and establish relationships with new approved suppliers.
• Coordinate the addition of new products and services into clinic systems.
• Ensure all product registration certificates are obtained and maintained.
• Monitor shelf-life labelling for opened products.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all medical equipment.
• Coordinate medical waste collection and ensure waste storage areas remain compliant.
• Liaise with external laboratories regarding patient sample collection and processing.
• Coordinate peptide order updates with the Front of House team.
• Support Front of House during busy periods, including patient registration and payment collection.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure Sigma Clinic remains fully compliant with DHA regulations.
• Monitor expiry dates of professional licences, BLS certifications, vaccinations and staff titers.
• Work closely with external compliance partners regarding licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards throughout the clinic.
• Ensure clinic documentation and compliance systems remain accurate and up to date.

Team & Scheduling

• Manage nursing schedules and staffing levels.
• Prepare staff rotas that meet operational and patient demands.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of nursing staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and high performing team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• DHA Registered Nurse licence.
• Previous experience as a Head Nurse, Senior Nurse or Nursing Supervisor within aesthetics, dermatology or a private medical clinic.
• Strong understanding of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience managing stock, suppliers and operational processes.
• Confident performing phlebotomy, IV therapy and IM injections.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
