As a Guest Relations Representative, you will be the face of our organization, creating appositive first impression, guiding patients through their journey and ensuring they feel supported and valued at every step.
Responsibilities
-Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and empathy.
-Support patients with digital check-ins, appointment queries and service navigation.
-Provide directions, information and assistance to patients and families or Support.
-Support patients requiring special assistance, including People of Determination and elderly visitors.
-Coordinate with patient experience teams and clinic management to maintain high service standards.
-Contribute to creating a safe, caring and patient friendly environment.
Qualifications
-Strong hospitality and customer service background.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
-Experience in Hospitality, Healthcare or Customer service preferred
-Bi-lingual (Arabic and English) will be advantageous
-Diploma or bachelor’s degree will be advantageous
