Key Requirements:

UAE healthcare/hospital experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of insurance procedures & approvals
Experience in cash handling & billing
Proficiency in front office operations
Experience in patient registration & appointment coordination
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle patients professionally and efficiently
