Role Description The General Practitioner – Clinic Ras Al Khaimah at Pegasus Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. The General Practitioner will perform routine examinations, prescribe medications, request and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with nursing and allied health professionals. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards, educating patients and families on health management, and participating in quality improvement and clinical training activities within the clinic.

• Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a wide range of adult and family health conditions.
• Experience or training in Family Medicine, focusing on holistic, continuity-based care for individuals across the lifespan.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered clinical services.
• Background in Training, including mentoring junior clinicians or providing patient and community health education.
• Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license or eligibility for licensure in the UAE.
• Prior experience as a General Practitioner or similar role in a clinic or primary care setting.
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to diverse patient populations, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
