We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while supporting the coordination of our GP and home healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide GP outpatient consultations, assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
Refer patients to appropriate specialties when clinically indicated.
Coordinate home healthcare visits with the call center, physicians, customer service team, nurses, and drivers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor and manage nurses’ schedules, assignments, and workload distribution.
Oversee the daily operations and coordination of the GP department.
Provide night shift coverage when required.
Requirements:
Male candidate.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is required.
Valid medical degree with an active SHA/DHA license or eligibility (as applicable).
Experience in general practice and patient management.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
