Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services and manage patients with chronic and long-term conditions.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical issues across all age groups.
- Deliver ongoing medical oversight and continuity of care for LTC patients.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with hospital standards.
- Participate in emergency care, on-call duties, and support hospital-wide clinical operations as required.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license or eligibility for licensing in the UAE (DOH / DHA).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
