Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services and manage patients with chronic and long-term conditions.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical issues across all age groups.
• Deliver ongoing medical oversight and continuity of care for LTC patients.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with hospital standards.
• Participate in emergency care, on-call duties, and support hospital-wide clinical operations as required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license or eligibility for licensing in the UAE (DOH / DHA).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
