Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GP Aesthetic role based in the United Arab Emirates. The GP Aesthetic professional will provide clinical consultations, assess patient concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans for aesthetic and dermatology-related conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing non-surgical procedures such as laser treatments, injectables (e.g., fillers, neuromodulators), skin rejuvenation therapies, and other clinic-offered aesthetic services in line with medical guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring patient safety and informed consent, coordinating follow-up care, and collaborating with dermatologists, surgeons, and other healthcare team members. The GP Aesthetic professional will support patient education on skincare, treatment options, and post-procedure care, while upholding clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Medical qualification as a General Practitioner with valid registration/licensure in the UAE or eligibility to obtain it, preferably with formal training or certification in aesthetic medicine.
  • Demonstrated experience in aesthetic procedures such as laser therapies, injectables, skin rejuvenation, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments, with strong practical skills and attention to safety.
  • Knowledge of dermatology and cosmetic indications, including assessment of different skin types and tones, treatment planning, and evidence-based use of skincare and aesthetic technologies.
  • Strong patient communication and counseling skills, including the ability to explain procedures, manage expectations, obtain informed consent, and provide clear post-treatment instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment, manage time and patient schedules efficiently, and adhere to clinical protocols, infection control, and ethical standards.
  • Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.
  • Proficiency in English
