Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Front of House Team . The Front of House position will oversee all operational aspects of customer-facing areas, ensure exceptional customer service, and coordinate with staff to maintain high operational standards. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, supervising all services, handling guest inquiries, working along side team members, and driving sales and promotional initiatives. The candidate will also ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including overseeing service standards and quality.
- Proven ability in Training team members to maintain high performance and service excellence.
- Sales skills to promote services, upsell when appropriate, and meet sales objectives.
- Leadership and team management abilities to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or wellness-related setting is an advantage.
