As a Product Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and influence in the UAE pharmaceutical industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
The ultimate objective is to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost sales growth and increase market penetration.
– Build strong connections with influential decision-makers and thought leaders within the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in Primary Care.
– Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support.
– Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and challenges.
– Provide valuable insights and feedback to contribute to product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in healthcare sales.
– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering business growth.
– Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the UAE, including key stakeholders, regulations, and market dynamics.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
– UAE experience of 1-2 years is mandatory.
– A UAE driving license is mandatory.
