Executive Manager – Medical Clinics Complex (Riyadh)

We are looking for an Executive Manager to lead the profitability, medical operations, and growth of a multi-specialty medical clinics complex in Riyadh.

This role is focused on:

• Full P&L ownership and improving profitability.
• Driving operational excellence across clinics and specialties.
• Maximizing physician productivity and clinic utilization.
• Converting strong medical operations into sustainable financial performance.
• Leading service development, optimization, and expansion.
• Ensuring smooth medical operations with full regulatory compliance (MOH / CBAHI).

Ideal profile:

• Proven experience managing profitable medical clinics or hospitals.
• Strong background in medical operations and healthcare business management.
• Hands-on, results-driven leader with growth mindset.
• Experience in the Saudi healthcare market is a strong advantage.
