📢 WE’RE HIRING | ER & ICU NURSE MANAGER

📍 Location: Saudi German Hospital – Sharjah Branch, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage nursing operations across the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
– Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and nursing practice.
– Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing teams.
– Monitor staffing, performance, quality indicators, and compliance with hospital policies.
– Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
– Drive continuous quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Masters is a plus.
– Valid UAE nursing license/eligibility.
– Proven leadership and managerial experience in ER and/or ICU settings.
– Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and team-management skills.
– UAE experience in a hospital or tertiary-care environment is preferred.
