KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the
  Endoscopy unit
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Lead, mentor and supervise the endoscopy nursing team
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and
  infection control standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure
  efficient patient care
• Manage resources, equipment and supplies efficiently
• Monitor quality indicators and implement
  improvement initiatives
