Remain Medical Group is seeking a highly qualified and patient-focused Endocrinologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders while providing high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, pituitary disorders, adrenal disorders, and hormonal imbalances.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, laboratory findings, imaging results, and current medical guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive diabetes management, including medication adjustment, insulin therapy, complication prevention, and patient education.
- Request, review, and interpret relevant laboratory tests, hormonal studies, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as clinically required.
- Educate patients and their families regarding disease management, medication adherence, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, medical meetings, and continuing professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, infection-control procedures, professional ethics, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Provide consultations and clinical support to other departments when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized university.
- Board certification, fellowship, or equivalent qualification in Endocrinology and Diabetes.
- Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Relevant clinical experience in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolic disorders.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered medical care.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a hospital, medical complex, or specialized outpatient clinic.
- Experience managing complex diabetes and endocrine cases.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support or other relevant clinical training.
