Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide high-quality pre-hospital care and emergency response services. The EMT will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, delivering immediate medical treatment, and ensuring safe transport to medical facilities, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and patient care.

• Respond to medical emergencies and assess injuries or illness on-site.
• Provide Basic Life Support (CPR, AED use, wound care, airway management, splinting).
• Administer emergency medications per onshore / offshore medical protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and stabilize patients for transport or evacuation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Conduct routine medical checks and support health surveillance programs.
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Participate in safety drills, emergency response training, and HSE initiatives.
• Liaise with onshore medical support and coordinate emergency evacuations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed EMT
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS certification.
• Strong communication, clinical, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in high-pressure situations.
• Valid driver’s license (required for transport duties).
