What You’ll Do:
·       Engage & Expand: Identify and cultivate relationships with nephrologists, dialysis centers, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
·       Inspire Trust: Build strong, long-term partnerships with current and prospective clients.
·       Showcase Expertise: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of our dialysis solutions.
·       Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with clinical and sales teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
·       Be a Strategist: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
·       Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in renal care to adapt and drive growth.
·       Represent Us: Elevate brand visibility by attending medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

What You Bring:
·       A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
·       4–5 years of proven sales leadership experience in dialysis, renal care, or medical devices.
·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
·       Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
·       Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
