Key Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with a proven Medical/Healthcare Management background
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of healthcare operations experience, including senior management experience
• Strong leadership, operational and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards and patient-safety requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred
