Company Description Tomoh Alamal Health Home Care provides comprehensive home-based healthcare services supported by a multidisciplinary team. Care in the home is coordinated and overseen by a qualified Medical Management Team, including a Medical Director, Healthcare Quality Specialist, and Infection Prevention professionals. The Chief Nursing Officer assigns staff based on their skills and knowledge to ensure that each client receives appropriate and safe care. Role Description The DHA Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to clients in their homes in accordance with established clinical protocols and DHA regulations. Day-to-day duties include assessing patient conditions, performing vital signs monitoring, administering medications and treatments, managing wound care, and supporting activities of daily living as needed. The nurse will educate clients and families on care plans, treatment adherence, and infection prevention, while documenting all interventions accurately in patient records. The role also involves coordinating with physicians, the Medical Management Team, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, continuous, and individualized care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring regular travel to client residences within the service area.
Qualifications

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Recognized nursing degree or diploma (BSc Nursing or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in home care, community health, or acute care nursing, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and wound care skills, with sound knowledge of infection prevention and control.
• Ability to develop and follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and comply with UAE health regulations and facility policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical practice, with a patient-centered approach and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing patient needs and home environments.
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation and familiarity with using mobile or digital health tools.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Life Support (ALS) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an added benefit.
