Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at New Age Clinic in Al Ain. The Dermatologist will conduct thorough consultations, diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions, and provide evidence-based medical and cosmetic dermatology care. Daily responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and conducting procedures such as laser therapies, injectables, peels, and other aesthetic interventions aligned with clinic protocols. The role involves close collaboration with the clinical and aesthetic team to ensure safe use of advanced devices, high-quality documentation, and adherence to regulatory and infection control standards. The Dermatologist will also educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and post-procedure care, while contributing to continuous improvement of services and patient experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of skin conditions.
  • Specialized expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including laser therapies, injectables, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Acne and related disorders, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and long-term care plans.
  • Recognized medical degree and board certification or equivalent in Dermatology; eligibility for relevant local licensure in Al Ain/United Arab Emirates.
  • Proficiency in using advanced dermatology and aesthetic equipment, with a strong commitment to patient safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear patient education and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach that supports holistic wellness and positive patient experiences.
  • Previous experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting is highly beneficial; familiarity with electronic medical records is an advantage.
