Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Dental Product Specialist. The Dental Product Specialist will provide expert knowledge of products, assist customers with tailored solutions, and ensure optimal product usage. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales teams, guiding customers in product selection, conducting product demonstrations, and offering training on various dental solutions. Collaboration with clients to maintain excellent relationships and gathering feedback on products will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Specialization and familiarity with dental products and industry trends
• Strong Analytical Skills to effectively assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to present and promote products effectively
• Team player with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site in Al Ain and travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, or a relevant field is preferred
• Background in healthcare or dental equipment is an advantage
