Job Description

We are looking for a Lab Manager with 7-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role in a Dental Lab. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital workflows, ceramics, CAD/CAM technology, and all aspects of lab work.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lab operations, quality control, and compliance
• Manage and train lab technicians
• Ensure efficient digital workflow integration
• Collaborate with clinicians for seamless case execution
• Maintain and upgrade lab equipment

🔸 Requirements:

• 7-10 years of lab experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a Dental Lab
• Strong knowledge of ceramics, CAD/CAM, and digital workflows
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (DHA, CAP, ISO)
