💼 What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, ensuring the highest clinical standards.

• Coordinate daily operations and staff schedules.

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, infection control, and sterilization protocols.

• Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinical supplies.

• Train, mentor, and support new and existing nursing staff.

• Work closely with doctors and management to optimize clinical workflows.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Dental Nurse or Senior Dental Nurse.

• Previous experience in a premium dental clinic is mandatory.

• Valid DHA License as a Dental Nurse.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Russian language is a strong advantage.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• High attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.

• A proactive mindset and passion for building high-performing teams.
