Dental Assistant (General Dentist / Endodontist)

✨ We’re hiring: Dental Assistant (GP / Endodontics)

📍 Bluewaters Island, Dubai

AESTHETE Dental Clinic is looking for a high-standard Dental Assistant to support our General Dentist / Endodontist. This role is for someone who is calm under pressure, clinically precise, and genuinely cares about patient comfort. If you enjoy structured workflows, spotless organization, and premium-level dentistry — you’ll fit in.🦷 What you’ll do

• Assist the dentist during restorative and endodontic procedures (incl. RCT workflow support).
• Prepare the operatory: set-up, chairside readiness, and strict infection control compliance.
• Maintain perfect organization of instruments, materials, and consumables.
• Perform four-handed dentistry with strong anticipation skills.
• Support diagnostics: intraoral photos, basic documentation, assisting with radiographs as applicable.
• Ensure patient comfort: explain simple steps, provide reassurance, manage chairside experience.
• Handle sterilization cycle: cleaning, packaging, autoclave processes, traceability logs.
• Coordinate smoothly with reception/nursing team to keep the schedule flowing.

🎯 What you need

• DHA license as Dental Assistant or eligibility to obtain it.
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (experience with endodontics is a strong advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of sterilization protocols and clinical hygiene standards.
• Strong English communication (Arabic/Russian is a plus).
• Professional appearance, calm attitude, and a team-first mindset.
• High attention to detail and respect for premium service standards.

✅ Nice to have

• Experience assisting with rotary endo, rubber dam workflow, and restorative procedures.
• Experience in a premium/private clinic environment in UAE.
• Familiarity with digital workflows (intraoral scans/photos, charting support).
