As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to hire a qualified and motivated Dental Assistant to support our dental department and ensure smooth daily clinical operations.Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant at Premium Care Medical Center in Tabuk.

The Dental Assistant will support dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, maintain infection control standards, assist with dental instruments and materials, and help ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience.Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments
• Prepare and organize the dental room before and after each patient
• Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and instrument handling
• Prepare dental materials, instruments, and equipment as required
• Support patient preparation and provide basic guidance before and after procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dental clinic area
• Coordinate with reception and nursing teams to support patient flow
• Follow clinic policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Maintain dental supplies and report stock needs when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic or polyclinic setting
• Good knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Team-oriented, organized, and reliable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a polyclinic or outpatient dental department
• Familiarity with CBAHI infection control standards
• Arabic and English communication skills
• Experience assisting in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, or surgical dental procedures
