Data Architect (RCM & AI systems – 1 position (On-site)
– Work location: Dubai, UAE OR Chennai, India
– This role will lead the data strategy for our mature Health Claim Management Solution. As we scale in the UAE and KSA markets, you will bridge the gap between transactional RCM operations and advanced AI/ML capabilities. You will design scalable architectures that support high-volume claims processing, real-time fraud detection, and strict data sovereignty compliance (KSA PDPL / UAE Health Data Law).
– Expertise in end-to-end data architecture, optimizing PostgreSQL for high-concurrency transactional (OLTP) claims processing and analytical (OLAP) reporting.
– Experience in designing vector database architecture, data integration & orchestration, data governance & interoperability
– PostgreSQL, Python, SQLAlchemy, Healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, ICD-10 AM, RCM workflows
