Job Description

🔹 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a medical or healthcare-related field is required.
🔹 Experience: 0–1 years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Medical coding and insurance claim preparation
Arranging and preparing documents for insurance approvals and submissions
Reviewing medical records and clinical documentation
Handling insurance pre-approvals and claims submissions
Coordinating with insurance companies and TPA networks
Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements
Following up on claim rejections, resubmissions, and pending approvals

🔹 Preferred Skills:
Good communication and organizational skills

Language: English proficiency is mandatory

Knowledge of UAE health insurance procedures and insurance portals is an advantage.
