Customer Service Executive – Night Shift (Pharmacy Retail)

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory Availability)
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer support at our 24-hour pharmacy during the night shift. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining high service standards in our pharmacy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Assistance: Deliver prompt, professional support to customers, addressing queries related to products, prescriptions, and store policies.
• Order Processing: Efficiently manage both online and in-store orders, ensuring accuracy in packaging and timely dispatch.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the pharmacist or supervisor as necessary.
• Inventory & Stock Support: Monitor stock levels and assist in product restocking, working with the pharmacy team to ensure product availability.
• Compliance & Documentation: Follow pharmacy policies, maintain accurate transaction and interaction records, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Coordination with Pharmacists: Direct customer medication-related inquiries to the pharmacist for expert advice and guidance.
• Emergency Handling: Address urgent customer needs and ensure continuous service during the night hours.
• Reporting: Document customer complaints, feedback, and other operational concerns for management review.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or retail setting.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; background in healthcare or pharmacy is a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
