We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team at Sharif Eye Center (Dubai).

Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries and appointments (in person, by phone, and online)
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure patient satisfaction
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical or clinic setup is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Presentable, organized, and patient-oriented
