Corporate Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst (SEHA HQ)
To engage and work collaboratively with team members, internal and external clients to adhere to their reporting needs. Responsibilities will include providing support for SEHA Corporate Office, Leadership and other affiliates by providing enterprise wide and regional Revenue Cycle reporting; relating to data visualization, presentation and analyses. This position will assist with initiatives within the SEHA revenue cycle community that will integrate reporting solutions in conjunction with future system implementations. The primary focus will be to consolidate information for organizational decision-making and participate in the development and manipulation of large data sets as well as the analysis of segments of data groups to assist in the creation and implementation of strategies for all facilities. The position assumes broad-based responsibility to provide critical support in implementing key planning and analysis tools to aid operational decision-making, and achievement of key performance indicators for the entire revenue cycle. The Revenue Reporting Analyst is expected to possess critical thinking and complex analytical modeling skills.

- Revenue Cycle Analytics
- Produce monthly analytical and performance reports for executive leadership across SEHA Corporate Office and Business Entities.
- Develop, manage, and analyze large datasets related to volumes, payer behaviors, cash performance, and other revenue cycle indicators.
- Lead analytical and technical tasks for project completion, including data testing, documentation, problem resolution, and report development.
- Identify and assess operational barriers impacting performance metrics, business processes, and overall revenue cycle results.
- Act as a super user for assigned applications, ensuring strong data interpretation, system navigation, and analytical accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and communicate documentation such as report specifications and data dictionaries.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned systems, including upcoming enhancements and their operational impact.
- Ensure accuracy and validity of all analytical outputs and reports.
- Support special reporting initiatives and ad‑hoc analysis as needed.
- Attend administrative meetings and provide analytical insights to management as appropriate.
- Present data findings and trends to Senior Leadership teams in clear, actionable formats.
- Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
- Maintain professional attire aligned with workplace and safety expectations.
- Build partnerships across the organization to support integrated, patient‑centered care.
- Participate in mentoring and development initiatives for UAE National staff.
Qualifications
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Economics.
Preferred
- Master’s in Business Administration or Healthcare.
Certifications Preferred
- Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification.
ExperienceRequired
- 5+ years in a revenue cycle analytics role.
- 5+ years in patient accounting within large, integrated healthcare networks (for‑profit experience preferred).
- Strong background in clinical and financial system design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into data models and predictive algorithms.
- Experience in patient accounting management, system development, and project management.
- Advanced analytics and microcomputer skills, including data merging/importing/exporting from multiple sources.
- Strong focus on data accuracy, reproducibility, and quality controls.
- 3+ years of project or program management with demonstrated success leading complex projects.
- Solid understanding of hospital and ambulatory revenue cycle workflows (registration, scheduling, coding, billing, contracting).
Preferred
- SQL Database Management experience.
- Big Data analysis capabilities.
