Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, effective care while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
- Conduct thorough evaluations in line with established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting attendance, treatment frequency, and content of consultations
- Utilize standardized measurement techniques, including joint range of motion (ROM) assessments, muscle strength testing, and functional coordination evaluations
- Set clear, achievable treatment goals and design tailored rehabilitation programs for patients
- Apply appropriate supportive and assistive devices, ensuring patient safety and equipment protection
- Involve patients and their families in the treatment planning process, obtaining their consent and understanding
- Administer treatment modalities at appropriate dosages and duration, adjusting as needed based on ongoing assessments
- Assist with clerical tasks related to the Physical Therapy Department as required
- Participate actively in Directors’ meetings and other hospital-wide discussions and committees
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid license to practice in the country of origin
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proven managerial skills and experience
