Job Description

We are currently seeking for a Dubai based well established Consultant level ENT/Otolaryngology Surgeon with a reputation for exceptional skills and expertise in Head & Neck procedures. The ideal candidate will be Western-educated and trained, capable of delivering care that ensures optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care, with a focus on Head & Neck surgeries, to patients in accordance with established clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Perform surgical procedures with precision and proficiency, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including other specialists and allied healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualification, Experience Requirements:

• Medical Degree and board certification in ENT/Otolaryngology
• Western education and training background from reputable institutions is desired.
• Extensive consultant level experience of over 7-10 years in Head & Neck surgeries post Fellowship is essential.
• Experience in Private Hospitals setting in Dubai will be definite plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• DHA active registration/ valid license to practice in Dubai is desired.
